Intermediate Class

RULES ON INTERMEDIATE CLASS COMPETITION

2.1 INTERMEDIATE CLASS CONCOURS COMPETITION (Daily used).

(Intermediate Trophy)

This competition is open to entrants who do not wish to compete in the Premier Class competition but feel Concours at an intermediate level is more to their liking. The entrant has all the benefits of their car being judged similarly to a Premier Class but without the stringent check that the (FAR) document adopts.

(i) It is a requirement that the entrant be a fully paid up member of the JDC with the car currently insured, taxed and MoT'd.

(ii) Cars will be judged under Premier Class rules 1.7, 1.8, 1.9.

(iii) The Factory Archive Record document will not be used in the judging of the Intermediate competition.

(iv) The Intermediate Class is a separate competition.

(v) The Intermediate Class is a non-Premier Class.

(vi) The winner of an Intermediate Class will not be eligible to represent the Register in Champion of Champions competition.

(vii) The term PAST WINNER will not apply in the Intermediate competition.

AWARD - INTERMEDIATE TROPHY

(Class winner is awarded an Intermediate Certificate and Trophy).
